Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York State
• At least six months of experience as an LPN
• Competency in all skills required for the position
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required)
