Physical Therapist - Home Health Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide in-home care services to our patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injury and achieve their full potential in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms
  • Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Teach patients how to use therapeutic exercise techniques to promote healing and independence
  • Provide stimulation or massage to aid in recovery
  • Assist patients with equipment use, such as wheelchairs or walkers
  • Maintain accurate patient records and track progress
  • Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current in-state licensure
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • 1 year of home health experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
