Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily assessments of incoming service requests to determine necessary actions.
- Engage with customers needing repairs to address various action items effectively.
- Support the service department in scheduling new work orders generated from other divisions within the service team.
- Keep precise records of all customer interactions and actions undertaken.
- Work collaboratively with other service team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of one year in dispatching and two years in customer service—experience in the construction sector is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic and the ability to operate independently.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A desire for growth and long-term commitment within the organization.
