The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Cake Frosting Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that our cakes are crafted to perfection for our customers while upholding exceptional service standards. Adhering to a proprietary frosting recipe and strict food safety protocols, the Frosting Specialist prepares our signature frosting and applies it using standardized techniques to create visually appealing cakes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adheres to NbC's proprietary frosting recipes and application techniques to meet productivity targets.
- Utilizes commercial-grade mixers and pastry bags effectively to frost cakes.
- Prioritizes and fulfills cake pre-orders according to the production schedule.
- Maintains an adequate supply of frosted cakes and samples in the display case, ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Follows packaging, labeling, and storage guidelines for frosted cakes, while keeping accurate logs.
- Monitors frosting supply inventory and communicates with management for restocking needs.
- Evaluates the quality of baked and frosted cakes to ensure compliance with NbC standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workstation, preparing for the next shift.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Bakery hours are Monday through Saturday, with shifts extending to closing time. Must be available during peak holiday periods.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
- Full-Time Positions:
- 1 position available for approximately 35-40 hours per week, with availability required Monday through Saturday.
- All applicants must be available for rotating shifts on Saturdays.
