Additionally, the position entails cleaning and sanitizing mixing equipment.

Compensation: $20.25-$23.50 per hour, depending on experience

Essential Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Follow precise guidelines and procedures to ensure accuracy in blending processes.
- Operate machinery including scales, processing systems, hoists, and pumps.
- Complete blend documentation and logs accurately.
- Understand and communicate product specifications, formulas, and codes.
- Prepare and verify ingredients for blending, ensuring batch documentation is accurate.
- Follow established blending procedures, including verifying formulas and conducting necessary tests.
- Input new recipes and manage the blending process in the Blend System.
- Maintain cleanliness of blend tanks and equipment.
- Effectively troubleshoot blending system issues.
- Comply with all spill and recycling policies.
- Maintain a tidy work area and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
- Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and extended hours.
- Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer usage and mathematics.
- Forklift certification is mandatory.
