Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for selecting and loading orders onto designated routes in a fast-paced team environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selects orders assigned by operations personnel and loads onto the proper route.
  • Performs other job functions as assigned by supervisors, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related experience preferred, with a focus on warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Electric pallet jack experience a plus.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent lifting of products up to 50 lbs. during the shift, with occasional lifting up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to climb on and off powered industrial equipment.
  • Regularly bend, squat, push, and pull.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces.
