Girls Basketball Coach

As a Girls Basketball Coach with Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, you will be responsible for implementing an athletic team program that helps student-athletes achieve a high level of skill and appreciation for discipline and sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball and experience working with youth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching plan, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a coaching plan that aligns with the district's athletic program goals
• Provide instruction and guidance to student-athletes on basketball skills and strategies
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and other staff members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Valid coaching certification
• Ability to work with youth and develop positive relationships
• Strong communication and organizational skills
