Job Description

We are looking for a talented Associate Attorney to assist our experienced attorneys in handling a wide range of immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and excellent writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex immigration law issues
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Illinois Bar License (Required)
  • 1 year of experience in immigration law (Preferred)
