Clinical Athletic Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Athletic Trainer to join our team at Bellin Health. As a Clinical Athletic Trainer, you will provide clinical athletic training services for our patients, student-athletes, and the public under the direction of a designated physician. You will educate patients and student-athletes on health, wellness, prevention, and treatment of injuries, as well as deliver treatment and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical athletic training services for patients, student-athletes, and the public under the direction of a designated physician.
- Educate patients and student-athletes on health, wellness, prevention, and treatment of injuries.
- Deliver treatment and rehabilitation services, adhering to the rules and regulations of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) and the state governing board.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, emphasizing evidence-based practice, quality improvement approaches, healthcare informatics, and professionalism.
- Support the Orthopedic Clinic, Walk-In Injury Clinic, and Trauma Clinic within Titletown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
Requirements:
- WI Athletic Trainer license and Board of Certification (BOC) certification required.
- Successful graduation from an Athletic Training Residency program preferred.
- Experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in an Outreach, Rehab, or Physician Practice setting providing injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic-related injuries preferred.
