**Job Summary**

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at CHI St. Vincent. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, patients, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Protect staff, patients, and visitors by responding to calls for assistance in a timely manner.
• Patrol the facility and grounds by foot or vehicle, monitor security alarms and dispatch officers promptly to locations where needed.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or behavior.
• Report and document all accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety/ fire hazards and other security related situations.
• Investigate security breaches and conduct follow-up investigations.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma/GED Required.
• Six (6) months experience as security officer in a hospital or healthcare setting, prior law enforcement or military service; OR One (1) year experience as a security officer required.
• Current Arkansas Drivers License with clean driving record.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of employment.
