We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Automation Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our distribution centers by designing and implementing high-speed automated equipment and systems.

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems for warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing warehouse management software and IT systems.
• Create detailed engineering plans, process flow diagrams, and system layouts to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Manage the installation, commissioning, and testing of automated systems, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated systems, monitoring and analyzing system performance to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and solutions, working with suppliers and vendors to source the best automation equipment and solutions.
• Train warehouse staff on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment, documenting all automation processes, procedures, and changes for future reference and compliance purposes.
