About the Role

Kapco, a leading metal stamping company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Osceola, WI facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing and management personnel to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • OSHA Compliance: Understand and adhere to OSHA lockout/tagout requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Safety Procedures: Follow all safety protocols and provide guidance and enforcement to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assistance: Assist higher-level technicians as needed to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Training: Forklift and crane training required.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
