Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Access Nurse to join our team at All-Stat Portable. As a Vascular Access Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective insertion and maintenance of vascular access devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Device Insertion and Maintenance: Implement, insert, maintain, and monitor patient lines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Assess and coordinate patient care needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Order Implementation: Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication and Documentation: Monitor, record, and communicate patient care to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Registered Nurse with an active Indiana license.
  • Clinical Experience: 1 year of recent clinical experience, including proficiency in PICC Line, Midline, PIV, and declotting of lines.
  • Education and Certification: BSN degree mandatory.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous nursing home experience.
