Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale, cross-organizational programs, integrations, and migration projects
- Collaborate with teams to define objectives and deliverables; utilize data for planning and prioritization
- Decompose projects into manageable components, identifying and tracking dependencies and optimization opportunities; proactively address issues and propose solutions before they escalate
- Develop and refine processes as needed; maintain a focus on reliability, continuous improvement, automation, and scalability
- Establish KPIs and success metrics, gather and analyze data; ensure visibility of information
- Communicate objectives, status updates, risks, and impacts to teams and stakeholders; adapt communication styles to suit various audiences
Qualifications:
- Strong technical foundation with educational background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or equivalent experience, with a passion for learning new technologies
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management within a dynamic, highly technical setting, with a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional projects in a cloud/SaaS environment
- Experience in collaborative work across organizations; exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a history of building and nurturing effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a preference for innovative environments
- Data-driven approach to program management; adept at building tools (workflows, custom intake processes, estimation models), collecting and analyzing data, and securing stakeholder buy-in
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority at senior levels both internally and externally
