Oversee all expenses, personnel, and non-personnel costs for General & Administrative functions and additional business units as required. Identify risks and opportunities during regular forecasting cycles.
Engage in hands-on management of annual operating plans, as well as quarterly, monthly, and weekly financial forecasts, while continuously analyzing actual performance against planned or forecasted figures, alongside the underlying financial planning frameworks, systems, and tools.
Support Business Partners in budget management and reporting actuals versus forecasts.
Develop and track performance indicators and metrics, drawing attention to trends and investigating the reasons behind unexpected variances.
Create, enhance, and sustain comprehensive financial and operational models to forecast future performance, conduct scenario analyses, and advise the business on strategic choices.
Assist with various ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities and capacity to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Proficient in software and systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, G-Suite) is essential. Familiarity with Workday, Jobvite, and Tableau is advantageous.
Solid understanding of finance operations and business models.
This position is designed for proactive individuals; capable of diving into details while maintaining a broad perspective.
Proven track record in developing and implementing financial concepts, practices, and procedures. Mastery of forecasting techniques and methods. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Able to convey complex financial information in a comprehensible manner. Comfortable interacting with executive management.

Strong financial insight across the organization (e.g., comprehension of financial statements, chart of accounts, business intelligence, FP&A processes, etc.).

Experience in advanced modeling (e.g., Cash Flow, Headcount, return on investment evaluations, etc.).
Experience in collaborating with executives regarding budget management and precision.
Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure, excel in a dynamic environment, and remain adaptable during periods of growth and change.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, start-up atmosphere.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
