Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to participants in their daily lives
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Manage medication schedules and administer medications as needed
  • Engage participants in activities that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test
