Position Overview & Requirements- Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)

- Work Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 12 hours
This facility is recognized as a Magnet Level II Trauma Center, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment with approximately 65,000 patient visits annually. The Emergency Department features 36 beds, including 8 dedicated express care beds, and serves a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics. It is also a certified primary stroke center with 24/7 interventional cardiology services.
Essential Qualifications:- Active Virginia or Compact License required at the time of submission
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- TNCC Certification
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Additional Information:
- The flu vaccine is mandatory during the flu season.
- Any requests for medical or religious exemptions for the flu vaccine must comply with CMS guidelines and will be reviewed accordingly.
