Sonic Powersports is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Parts and Accessories department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient parts sales, and maintaining a clean and organized inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries and needs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Parts Sales: Work directly with customers to determine and supply them with the necessary parts and accessories, ensuring accurate and efficient sales transactions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized inventory, ensuring that all parts and accessories are properly stocked and easily accessible.
- Communication: Interface with Service Technicians and other departments to ensure that parts and accessories needs are being met, and that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong knowledge of motorsport vehicles and parts, including motorcycle, ATV/UTV, and be able to recommend related parts and accessories to customers.
- Technical Skills: Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management, including inventory control and parts cataloging.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of motorsport vehicles and parts, including motorcycle, ATV/UTV, and a valid driver's license.
- Availability: Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, minimum of 8-hours per day.
