Spectrum is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing services for our customers, providing world-class customer service, and working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and education on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills: problem-solving, computer and software application use, and ability to accurately measure distances
- Skills: communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, and responsible/reliable
- Abilities: interpret analytics from soft tools, troubleshooting, and ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Physical: ability to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather, lift up to 90 lbs, and climb ladders to a height of 32 feet
