Job Title: Medical Director for Emergency Department

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join US Acute Care Solutions as a Medical Director for the Emergency Department at Ellis Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the emergency department team, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the emergency department team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or related specialty.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency medicine, with a proven track record of leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
