Role Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will be accountable for driving the branch's revenue growth while broadening the client base. Your role will involve close collaboration with a team of Senior Wealth Consultants and Wealth Consultants to implement company-wide sales strategies and develop community-specific initiatives.

In this pivotal position, you will lead a team of sales professionals and Client Service experts, guiding them in providing investment advice and support primarily through in-person interactions.

Your daily activities will encompass:

  • Coaching sales techniques and managing the sales process.
  • Developing the branch team through effective training and performance evaluations.
  • Conducting client presentations alongside your sales team.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and necessary actions.

Qualifications

To uphold our commitment to challenging the status quo, successful candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • An active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
  • An active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license.
  • An active and valid FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license.
  • An active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment).
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 24 license is preferred.
  • Additional designations such as CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMS are preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the financial services sector, with at least 4 years in a sales leadership role.
  • A passion for leading, sales management, and a strong commitment to client service.
  • Proven success in establishing quality cross-enterprise partnerships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and investment landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
