Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Branch Manager, you will be accountable for driving the branch's revenue growth while broadening the client base. Your role will involve close collaboration with a team of Senior Wealth Consultants and Wealth Consultants to implement company-wide sales strategies and develop community-specific initiatives.
In this pivotal position, you will lead a team of sales professionals and Client Service experts, guiding them in providing investment advice and support primarily through in-person interactions.
Your daily activities will encompass:
- Coaching sales techniques and managing the sales process.
- Developing the branch team through effective training and performance evaluations.
- Conducting client presentations alongside your sales team.
- Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and necessary actions.
- Interviewing potential candidates for branch positions.
- Collaborating with business partners to share best practices.
- Performing compliance and administrative duties as required in our industry.

QualificationsTo uphold our commitment to challenging the status quo, successful candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- An active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
- An active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license.
- An active and valid FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license.
- An active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment).
- A valid and active FINRA Series 24 license is preferred.
- Additional designations such as CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMS are preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, and motivational skills.
- A minimum of 5 years in the financial services sector, with at least 4 years in a sales leadership role.
- A passion for leading, sales management, and a strong commitment to client service.
- Proven success in establishing quality cross-enterprise partnerships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and investment landscape.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
