Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in sourcing and purchasing materials to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels and forecast needs to balance supply and demand.
  • Ensure materials meet quality standards and address any issues with suppliers.
  • Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CPPB) and ERP system experience.
