About the Role

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to lead our Pharmaceutical Services team. As a key member of our oncology department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure safe, effective, and affordable medication use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and oversee the overall operation of pharmaceutical services for oncology at all infusion locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the control and maintenance of pharmaceutical inventory and supplies.
  • Participate in department planning, revenue analysis, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current Pharmacist certification or licensure in the State of Idaho.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist with 2 years of specialized experience in oncology.
