Infectious Disease Nurse Specialist

The Clinical Nurse II in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit manages patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on their progress towards discharge.
This role involves assessing, coordinating, and implementing care while ensuring compassionate treatment for all patients.

The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay.
The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team.
Salary InformationHourly Minimum: $34.65
Hourly Maximum: $35.69
Required Skills and Qualifications**Registered Professional Nurses that participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) must progress from novice to competent within a specialty.
Nurses are eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.
