About the Role

The Fabrication Specialist will be a key member of the EventLink Group team, contributing to the custom fabrication of our experiential marketing agency. Our focus is on delivering high-quality artistry and superior workmanship that brings our creations to life, from small-scale to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient workshop environment.
  • Collaborate with shop foremen to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate vendor pickups and manage inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience with fabricating machines.
  • Provide work samples or portfolio link of prior professional work (preferred).
Skills
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, saws, shears, welding equipment, etc.
  • Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
  • Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to fabricate and assemble parts using various techniques.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication skills.
Work Environment
  • Monday - Friday, traditional business hours.
  • In-office work environment.
