About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with school leadership to initiate, facilitate, and maintain programs and strategies that align with the school's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating community resources, participating in needs assessment processes, and developing action plans to achieve Community Learning Center Goals.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all community resources serving the school as partners in the Community Learning Center (CLC).
  • Participate as a key leader in the school needs assessment process to identify gaps in service for students, family, and community members.
  • Develop and carry out action plans that ensure achievement of Community Learning Center Goals.
  • Facilitate monthly partnership meetings to ensure ongoing synergistic, coordinated, and integrated programming working seamlessly with the school staff.
