Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Premier Resorts Management Inc. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving complimentary breakfast to all hotel guests in a hospitable way according to franchise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down each morning's breakfast buffet, ensuring buffet items remain well-stocked.
• Maintain the safety and appearance of the buffet area, including cleaning and replenishing silverware, sugar caddies, and condiments.
• Perform light to moderate food preparation, refilling beverage containers, mopping, wiping, and sweeping.
• Attend to special food orders or needs of guests, clearing dirty plates from tables, and relaying customer needs to the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
