  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and staff, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Accredited diploma or equivalent from a practical nursing program required.
  • Licensed to practice as an LPN in the applicable state required within 90 days of hire.
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • One to three months of experience preferred but not necessary.
