**Job Title:** Dishwasher

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

**Responsibilities:**

* Comply with health and safety codes to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
* Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils, and place them in racks for the dish machine
* Sort and stack clean dishes, and carry them to the cook's line and other storage areas
* Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster

**Requirements:**

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry through the restaurant
* Must be able to stand for entire shifts

**Additional Information:**

* Typical Work Week: 15-30 hours (night/weekend availability required)
