Poolside Concierge

About the Job

The Poolside Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate accounting of all bar monies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints in a courteous and polite manner.
• Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate accounting of all bar monies.
• Ensure a positive guest experience by circulating throughout the work area, maintaining line of sight, and resolving any issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a day club or nightclub is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 21 years of age and have at least one year of previous cash handling experience.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working Conditions

• This role requires working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a high-volume pool/nightclub atmosphere with a positive attitude.

Salary

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
