About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to student-athletes and helping them reach their full potential through preventive care, emergency care, and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled care to athletes, including preventative interventions, injury assessment and triage, and return-to-sport readiness.
  • Collaborate with ATI's clinics on proper athlete care management, including coordinating rehabilitation transitions with physical therapy and occupational therapy services.
  • Independently manage relationships with affiliates, maintaining a positive work atmosphere and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist and monitor rehabilitation treatment plans specific to the athlete and injury.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Master's Degree preferred.
  • State licensure.
  • Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
  • BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC.
  • Exceptional communication and coachability.
