Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a skilled Per Diem Clinician to join our team. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you will provide direct services to children and adults in crisis, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans for individuals in crisis, documenting all interactions and interventions in accordance with program standards.
- Facilitate engagement or re-engagement in needed services, utilizing community-based health, behavioral health, and social services to address the presenting crisis.
- Provide brief treatment and support until community services can be accessed, minimizing reliance on acute inpatient services.
- Secure financial and insurance information to facilitate billing and payment for services rendered.
- Master's level clinician, license preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a mental health setting.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Current Massachusetts Driver's License and use of a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel.
