Job Title: Computed Tomography Technician

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technician for a travel assignment in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technician to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As a Computed Tomography Technician, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technician
  • Certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
