Jewelry Consultant

We are looking for a Jewelry Consultant to join our team at Kay Jewelers As a member of our sales team, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry to celebrate life's special moments. Whether it's a romantic evening out or a milestone birthday, our consultants are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making every customer feel like royalty.

This role offers a base salary of $40,000 per year, plus commission on sales. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of high-quality, responsibly-sourced jewelry products and help customers find the perfect gift or treat for themselves.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience, flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays, and a positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
