Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate the installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation.
- Communication and Teamwork: Effectively communicate with customers, managers, and co-workers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor installation apprentices to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, as well as EPA Universal Certification requirements.
- Proven 2-5 years of recent, full-time experience in HVAC installation.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills.
- EPA Universal Certification.
