Job Summary:

Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Travel Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in California. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and performing imaging procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
