Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team.

The Bakery Specialist will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

• Food Production:
  • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
  • Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production demands.
  • Ensure quality and shelf life compliance by following the buffet production system.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
  • Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
  • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Caf Production Guide.
• Guest Service:
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and assist them with baked goods.
  • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
• Cleanliness:
  • Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follow local health department laws.
