Job Title: Marine Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Marine Electrician to join our team at LEAD Staffing. As a Marine Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on ships and other marine vessels.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure electrical systems are designed and installed correctly.
  • Develop and implement electrical system designs and plans to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
