Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Safety Management: Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and other documentation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all team members to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years of proven background experience as a Superintendent in the Civil/Heavy construction field.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Heavy Civil Construction methods, Bridge and Highway experience, materials, and safety standards.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, effective communication and leadership abilities, ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification and other relevant qualifications are a plus.
