Key Responsibilities- Supervise and educate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Lead and manage nursing care on the ward, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients with behavioral health conditions
- Respond to health emergencies and intervene to de-escalate patient behavior
- Valid Washington State RN license or ability to obtain one by start of employment
- Two years of professional nursing experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
