Nurse Clinician I

The Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist is responsible for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. This role requires a strong commitment to providing safe, effective, and culturally competent care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
- Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree program in Nursing
- One to three years of related and progressively more responsible work experience in Nursing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a cardiovascular setting
