Compensation

Job Responsibilities
As a Subway Sandwich Artist at Pilot Company, your key responsibilities will include providing fast, friendly, and clean service to our guests, maintaining inventory, managing and preparing food safely, ensuring top-notch quality in all our food products, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess incredible guest service skills, ability to complete accurate sales transactions, cleanly and safely manage and prep food, maintain Subway processes and policies, use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed, and work as part of a team. Preferred qualifications include experience in a similar position and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
