Job Summary

This is a Per-Diem Circulator OR RN role at Merit Health Madison. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients. You will evaluate assigned patients, plan, implement, and document nursing care. You will also assist physicians during examinations and procedures, perform various patient tests, and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
  • Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Requirements
  • MS RN license.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred.
  • BLS, ACLS.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Operating Room or procedural area.
