Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Family Practice
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities- Assess and manage acute and non-acute clinical problems for patients in our medical centers, nursing homes, and home settings.
- Develop and implement individualized patient management plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and collaborative care strategies.
- Conduct thorough physical assessments, analyze trends, and document patient histories, lab results, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, medications, and follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and caregivers, to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing required.
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice required.
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC preferred but may be required for certain States.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required within first 90 days of employment.
