Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Conduct client assessments and reassessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.
  • Assist with insurance correspondence and billing.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Master's program leading to certification in behavior analysis.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active.
