$120,000 - $150,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage big data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial strategies
  • Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth

Qualifications

  • Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and big data technologies
  • Strong background in using advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Scala
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management
