Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless patient care and efficient pharmacy operations
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support
  • Manage and oversee pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
