About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System (QMS) Methodologies and Tools Lead to oversee the definition, management, implementation, and maintenance of QMS methodologies, tools, and procedures. This role is crucial for facilitating the execution of quality assurance processes throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of QMS tools and methodologies, ensuring they meet the expectations of internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic audits of QMS process implementation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the QMS Design Manager to align methodologies with established specifications and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the QA Execution team to maintain consistency across manual, virtual, and process validation efforts.
  • Engage with various teams, including Operations and Compliance, to ensure that QMS implementation aligns with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing QMS tools and methodologies for advanced robotics or mechatronic products.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex systems integration and validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
  • Experience with quality management tools and data management software.
