Seeking Experienced Histotechnician

We are looking for a skilled and certified ASCP Certified Histotechnician to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including tissue processing, sectioning, staining, and quality control. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Tissue Processing: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microtomes and tissue processors.
  • Sectioning and Staining: Prepare and stain tissue sections using routine and special stains.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of stained slides for accurate microscopic examination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a required field.
  • ASCP certification.
  • 2 years of experience working in a Histology lab.
