About the RoleThe Turndown Attendant is a vital member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and prepared for a restful night's sleep. This role requires attention to detail, a high sense of quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and refresh guest rooms to the highest standards
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, amenities, and supplies
- Prepare rooms for turndown, including removing used towels, wiping down surfaces, and folding clothing
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed
- Report any issues or concerns to management
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a related position, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to understand and work knowledge of English
